  Helps to show up on time if you expect a signature, at the bare minimum call ahead and state what time you will be there if you’re two hours late

  Jorge was amazing, kept his composure and was so nice helping a busy day of customers. He truly is a star but during busy seasons, could use help! Have someone else on stand by just in case, so it’s not all on him :) Add: I didn’t have a good experience calling to get the hours- I believe it was an 800 number but the employee hung up on me after giving very automated answers not related to the hours when I kept asking the hours.it was very odd.
