As a local business owner, I was very disappointed by the unprofessional conduct of a long‑time clerk named Maria. On multiple visits I have observed her speaking to customers in a curt and disrespectful manner; during my visit today I was even interrupted and felt I had to ask permission to finish my sentence. Her dismissive attitude is inappropriate for public service. I recommend management address this behavior — whether through coaching, reassignment, or retirement planning — so customers receive the respectful service they deserve. #USPS #LandOLakes #FL #RudeLady
