I went in with my small box and the rep stated that it would be $53 to ship, and I gave a look like I wasn’t paying that price and then he proceeded to misinform me with a 2nd option of sending the package through USPS and that it would take 2 weeks to get there and the amount would be $13. I politely took my box and headed to the post office and not only did it not take two weeks to ger delivered it would be there less than a week and it was a $1 cheaper.
- AMApril MoroneNov 5, 20251.0ZERO STARS - I took packages in to be sent out. One of the packages had a label that was lighter than the others because that was how the company sent it to me. The tracking number is legible. The 'manager', who is a rude, off-putting Hispanic woman, absolutely REFUSED to reprint the label. She said it couldn't be reprinted. Well, I was able to reprint it at home with no issues. Ironic, yeah? So, now I have to go back again to mail this package and deal with this miserable woman. Most of the people who work at the UPS Store in Connerton are just rude. Customer service is lacking here. And seeing how the 'manager' acts, it comes from the top down. Do better. Hire better 'managers', UPS.
