I didn't even know that was a thing, and now I'll never ship anywhere else. Here's the kicker — I'm the kind of person who catastrophizes everything. I'm talking full mental simulation of every possible disaster scenario. And yet, standing there looking at the finished package, I genuinely thought: I could roll this thing down a steep staircase and it would be fine. That's not me being casual. That's me, a certified overthinker, being CONFIDENT. If that doesn't tell you everything you need to know about the quality of their work, I don't know what will.
