- ALAudreanna LoveMar 9, 20261.0Defacing mail meaning damaging or writing on it is illegal but yet the delivery guy or delivery women is very argumentative and like to deface your mail by writing what they have to say on it or damage it on purpose to see what is inside. I should not have to keep putting “return to sender “on it or “do not live here” in order for the delivery person to not just take it back out of outgoing and put it right back in my mail box again. Get better workers!!!!!! They purposely take your name tag out the mailbox so they can put it in the wrong mailbox and say it was an accident when it really was not. These people are a nightmare. Going forward since they can’t do their job I will use sticky notes so that nobody has to suffer getting their mail wrote on because they are to lazy to do their jobs right.But telling me something is illegal and still do it is diabolical.
