  Have used this store for years. Have always found them helpful and polite, even when the store is busy and there is a long line. They could use more space.

  Long lines. Unfriendly staff. Inefficient working area and staff. Staff shows hatred for Amazon returns. Always trying to make money on packaging or printing labels on Amazon returns. I have left many times because the staff would not take my Amazon returns without their idea of packaging! Not a helpful office!

  The indian lady working on 1/16/2026 at around 8:55am, was very rude and disrespectful. I brought in a envelope ✉️ to ship something, she complained about the size of the envelope, saying it was in the wrong size according to the package. She told me I should just drive the package for the price in going to pay... It doesn't matter what I decided to do, as the customer she should have treated me with a bit more respect. Her raising her voice at me by simply dropping off a letter was uncalled for. Her attitude will be addressed to her upper management. Also her personal hygiene was not so good. I see UPS standards have gone down

  I had a terrible experience with Hanna. She was unfriendly throughout our entire interaction and came across as rude. When explaining the shipping process, she raised her voice in a dismissive manner, which made the experience even more unpleasant.
