  I had a very disappointing experience at The UPS Store. This is now the second time they’ve damaged something during lamination, but today’s incident (around 12:56 PM) was especially frustrating due to clear carelessness. The employee assisting me, Ernst, appeared unsure of how to properly handle the lamination process. Instead of asking for help or confirming the correct procedure with his colleague at the store, he proceeded anyway and failed to properly flatten my award before laminating it, permanently ruining it. Not only was the award 'tight' in some areas, but was also bent to an arc, also it was cut very carelessly and the edges in a way that liquid could get in. After damaging it, I was then asked if I had another copy… which is unrealistic, considering this was an award that I only receive one of. That question alone showed a lack of awareness and accountability. I was informed that the manager, Peter, was contacted regarding the situation, but the damage was already done. At a minimum, I expect staff to either know how to perform a service correctly or ask for help before proceeding, especially when handling important or irreplaceable items. Unfortunately, neither happened here. I cannot recommend this location for laminating anything of value.

  Amazing UPS location this is and came here today to ship something internationally to India and the process was extremely smooth and also the price was great compared to other UPS store which was more expensive but here customer service is excellent I’m definitely coming back in future and don’t know the worker name but shout out to him and also her they both are amazing

  The employees here have been really nice (or I would give 1 star), but my experience shipping a PC to Colorado was an absolute nightmare. The PC arrived in Craig, Colorado to a friend on time, but the computer was utterly destroyed. It wasn't just dented or dropped; the box looked like someone had kicked it down a flight of stairs. The $1,600 PC was damaged beyond any kind of salvation (only the CPU was saved). And what made this so terrible, I could not get ahold of a single person who could help me or give me any kind of compensation (or even an explanation). I will NEVER use UPS again.

  I've been here many times returning Amazon orders. The staff has always been very helpful and ready to help. Such great attitudes never a bad experience here.!!! I highly recommend this ups store,you will not be disappointed!!!
