  Worst store ever. They are listed as a UPS access point but the owner refused my package and sent it back to sender, because he didn't know how the process works.

  Courtney is beautiful, kind, always works with me and has patience. She verified with me the finished product before printing my order and even had her coworker Arely to help me with my design. Will always come back to her

  Printer would not print my email attachment. Associate offered very little help and I still got charged 34 cents anyway and wasted my time driving to the store. Likely will contact the Better Business Bureau about this. Thanks

  Absolutely most disorganized store ever. We went to return an Amazon item, there was no one in line at the return, the cashier proceeds to tell us to go get in line at another register that has a long line. And eventually a sales person steps up and tells us to go back to the line we originally went to. My husband said this is a joke and the sales person followed us and said what's the problem and my husband said we were just here and this is ridiculous to which the sales person says rudly "I guess you won't be using staples again?" Insinuating that we could take our future business somewhere else. Absolutely rude and certainly not interested in keeping his job (when staples goes out of business for loss of sales). What ever happened to the customer is always right? It definitely isn't like a Publix store where you are always treated like royalty!!!!
