- DTDr. Lillian TiradoOct 15, 20251.0I had an express delivery scheduled to be delivered today. I stayed in the house the whole day to receive the package. I never got the delivery to my front door. I have cameras in my house. I went to the mailbox and there was a notice of delivery. Was I supposed to wait for the package outside near the mailbox the whole day? What a waste of my time. I wasn’t even able to do an electronic signature. Next time please do your job and deliver the package to the front door. It will make a huge difference in the service. Now I need to either do a redelivery of the package (which I would not as I am not staying another day waiting for nothing) or do a pick up of the package directly to the postal service spending time and money in gasoline for something that was already paid for. I think paying over $35 for a one day delivery is already expensive enough. Feeling annoyed and disappointed! ☹️

Given an exact date and I came on the exact date. I wait in a long line after work for them to tell me it’s not yet ready and to wait for a call. Inefficient and waste of time. Update they gave me 3 mail keys the next day and I like the extras so I bumped to 3 stars.

If you see a review on UPS, they a 5 star rating...i give..Post offices bad review.lived in Heritage place.the west end.and they have a east end.my mail got diverted to the east end .a Home that was full of theives, drugs.. this is how my Identity is just useless to me now..all my Goverment accounts have been taken.Like I say this would be A long Stay at Grady Judds ,Bed And Breakfast.oh this post office had me paying over 100.00 dollars for non buisness.box..not annually. For 6 months...had to say bye..what I think is a drop off scam and pick up,route. Legit then another mail truck picks up.then adds the mail that's refurbished..
