- CDC DubroisJul 15, 20241.0One of the worst offices. Everyone who works here (Wendy and Michelle specifically) are rude, unhelpful and just generally unhappy people. You do not get a greet when you come to the counter whatsoever. You get a grimace and a "what do you want" attitude. I'm sorry if you hate your job, but don't make customers suffer because of it. Go to a different branch if you want to have a positive experience with the USPS.

For all of you whiners complaining they won't answer the phone, maybe it's because they are taking care of real customers, you know, in person, with so few of them in the office they don't have time to answer the phone. Office protocol, deal with the person in front of you before you help the possible customer on the phone.
