I just called up there. That location has some of the rudest staff I've ever encountered. The lady treated me like I was a slab of meat and that I had no value. And even though I called someone that walked into the store after I called took priority it should be first come first serve when it comes to customer service. I am very disappointed I will never do business with this location ever again and I will tell all my people to avoid this store at all costs. Very rude and unacceptable. When I worked customer service I didn't get leeway apparently the supervisors there allow you to act however you want.

I had a super inconvenient experience at this UPS store first they couldn’t find my package after it said arrived so I went to another store they gave me info on the person who received it and then all of a sudden when I called the store back they said they found it then charged me a $10 fee to receive my package ! This is an almost $3000 item where I involved customer service of the place I bought it from and a whole investigation was opened! Very upsetting when I went to pick up my package the first time I asked them if they can check their packages and confirm for my name they “couldn’t find it” but all of a sudden when I tell them exactly who the package was received by it appears ! And the older lady at the register not great with her customer service attitude

Erika and Maykayla were wonderful! Maykayla with shipping my package to my grandson for his first birthday, it had to go to Georgia and then Erika for helping me track it! Job well done ladies and thank you for being so kind and professional, and helping me ship such a precious package to such a beautiful little boy! ♥️
