I brought in a envelope ✉️ to ship something, she complained about the size of the envelope, saying it was in the wrong size according to the package. She told me I should just drive the package for the price in going to pay... It doesn't matter what I decided to do, as the customer she should have treated me with a bit more respect. Her raising her voice at me by simply dropping off a letter was uncalled for. Her attitude will be addressed to her upper management. Also her personal hygiene was not so good. I see UPS standards have gone down

And even though I called someone that walked into the store after I called took priority it should be first come first serve when it comes to customer service. I am very disappointed I will never do business with this location ever again and I will tell all my people to avoid this store at all costs. Very rude and unacceptable. When I worked customer service I didn't get leeway apparently the supervisors there allow you to act however you want.
