    i decided last minute to use the services UPS versus USPS. I showed up with over 35 boxes & many media envelopes. boxes give or take Staff assisted me in sort my items and definitely helped me prioritize pkgs. The Mgmt staff was also there and both gentlemen helped process all “my stuff” in the most efficient, accurate, and knowledgeable way. Staff gave me a cart to bring all my mail pieces in which really helped. Nathaniel processed each shipping piece meticulously, expeditiously, and made sure I understood each thing with each shipment (i.e.: how to track the packages on App. Nathaniel‘s assistance was certainly up and beyond… a customer driven level I highly recommend this UPS office as well as Nathaniel and the management.

    The best UPS store! I come here so much they know me by name haha! Manish is always so helpful & so kind. He goes above & beyond. Everyone else is amazing too! So thankful for all they do for me.

    Manager Manish Patel provided the best customer service I’ve ever had at any UPS Store. He was incredibly patient, professional, and kind while helping me print labels and package my Amazon return correctly. As a senior citizen who isn’t very tech-savvy, I truly appreciated how he calmly fixed my mistakes and even stayed at closing to make sure I met my return deadline. He’s an outstanding example of great leadership and customer care. Highly recommend this location!
