I was told by both of them at first to send the link to the documents to their email at Staples in order to get the papers printed. I did as I was told. After I sent the link I was then told by the man behind the counter that I wasn't supposed to send the link. I was just supposed to send the paperwork. I'm disabled with severe back injuries and I was in a lot of pain so I needed his help. I made this very clear to both of the people who were working there. The man behind the counter told me that I could go to the back of the store and sit in one of the chairs so I could figure it out for myself. I told him again that I needed his help. Apparently, he didn't understand. I thought that's what they were there for, to help their customers. The man behind the counter suggested that I go in the back of the store again to sit in one of the chairs and walked away. I went to the back of the store and sat in a chair. I still couldn't figure it out. Someone who doesn't work there walked by and asked something about the chair that I was sitting in. I've simply told him that no one here is helping me and I don't understand why this is happening. I told him this is ridiculous! He suggested that I take my business to another place so I went to the front counter and got my money back from the card that I had prepaid to get the documents printed. I took my business elsewhere because no one would help me print a few simple pieces of paper! I will never go to Staples ever again for anything and I would never recommend anyone going there! I am thoroughly disgusted by the way I was treated!
