Then she told me that I could get 20% for ink off the app. Then when I proceeded to get my app open, she said never mind, I can’t do it. Then why even tell me about the 20% if you aren’t willing to follow through. Poor customer service and I can see why that store location is struggling. I will go elsewhere for printer ink. Since that’s the only thing I went to staples for anyways. Poor value and poor customer service.
