I wanted to purchase products from Staples not Amazon, was sent to photo then was told it was for Amazon returns so I was gonna walk out very disgusted when someone opened a second register at photo. I think close Staples since Staple customers are not important & use for Amazon returns.

The store itself was clean, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful, which makes this even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the manager on duty today was extremely unpleasant to deal with. They weren’t openly rude or using inappropriate language, but their tone and attitude were very dismissive and cold. It felt very much like “go here, do this, and I don’t care about anything else.” There was no patience, no willingness to help beyond the bare minimum, and it made the entire interaction uncomfortable. Customer service is not just about what you say — it’s how you say it. A stern, rushed, and unapproachable attitude reflects poorly on the entire store, especially from someone in a leadership position. Because of that experience alone, I would not feel comfortable returning to this location, which is unfortunate because the rest of the staff seemed perfectly nice.
