I went to the UPS store thinking I could simply do the return it there. I was immediately assisted when I arrived I explained the issue but due to already having a label requested I would need to call Customer Service and obtain a barcode. Sara not only gave me the 800 number for Amazon, she stayed with me during the call only leaving to help other customers. Thank you Sara for going above and beyond!
