  I always have such a great experience at this UPS Store. The team is quick, efficient, and makes returns super easy every time. Nazia is especially amazing — she somehow notices me the second I walk in, always says hello/goodbye even if I don’t come to the counter. That kind of kindness and attention doesn’t go unnoticed. I have to mention Nylah as well who never ever stops bouncing all over the store doing 10 jobs and still manages to always be efficient and crack a joke and make me laugh. Fast, friendly, and consistently excellent service. Highly recommend! Thanks Guys!

  Worst UPS Ever! Had to wait outside for 12 minutes because they were closed for lunch. Then the young lady told me from now on I would have to use the Amazon machine to do returns. When i questioned her about still coming to a person, she qas evasive and said i had to use thd machine. So then i asked "So if i refuse to use the machine and go to a person for a return, you are saying that i will be refused service?" Then she finally admitted, it's not mandatory, at which i told her that i will keep coming to a person.

  I usually love going to UPS locations. In general, I am treated very well — the staff is helpful, efficient, and always willing to answer questions. Unfortunately, my experience at this specific location has been very different. There is a lady working there (she did not give her name, but if you visit, it will be easy to identify her). Her attitude is consistently rude and unprofessional. She does not greet customers back, responds dismissively when asked questions, and seems unwilling to help. From the moment you walk in, the environment feels uncomfortable. I understand that anyone can have a bad day. However, after visiting multiple times, it has become clear that this is not occasional — the behavior is consistent. If possible, I would recommend avoiding this location, as this employee is regularly there and the customer service experience has been very poor.
