Even if the line is long they are fast. However there has been changes in the store. For example, I would get something printed out I would get the spiral binding. It would take them less than 5 minutes and it was great. But this last time I came in, they told me I would have to do it 24 hours in advance. Which I think is a little ridiculous considering it take less than 5 minutes. I really miss being able to get the spiral binding right then and there so I don't lose the pages.
