As a local and loyal customer of this UPS access, I asked for a small discount since it was one occurrence, and there was no consideration. A $5 off at least, would have saved them a longtime customer. I have never ben charged PER signature, but for service . Ridiculous!!!!

I use to bring all my returns there but I will choose any store but this . The last straw for me was the $1.99 email fee to print a label plus the printing cost . Brought my own label to the store but it was not clear enough so I told the clerk I would email it and he can print it and I will pay for it .only to notice on the receipt $1.99 email fee and .30cents to print . Like emails are free … $1.99 fee to print a return label ?!? . While $2 is not a lot to many It’s the principle . This is not the first time I found this store to be deceitful in charges and I will never go back . I would rather support a small business shipping store than them .
