- MFm fDec 1, 20251.0Literally watched Fed Ex driver reach down and take package off porch on Ring Camera. Called Fed Ex and no response. Package that should have arrived (overnighted for a reason) did not and the Driver stood on porch and didn't even knock on the door while someone was inside. Lord knows what was taken off porch. He clearly didn't fill out a form saying he had been there for a reason! Waiting all day for response from location manager, and crickets! Update: had been told package to be delivered before 8. Now it's 8:30. Still no package and still don't know what driver took from porch! Per customer service, they have no way to call the Fed Ex location! TERRIBLE customer service! How can their own people not reach a location??? They need to go out of business.

Instead, tracking now shows it won’t arrive until Monday afternoon. I saw the package had arrived at this facility, so I went there in person to try to pick it up. The employee confirmed it was there but said it was containerized and that he couldn’t go retrieve it because he was the only one working. The facility was not busy at all — only two other customers came in after me — but he still refused to help. I understand staffing issues, but if a time-sensitive, overnight package is sitting in the building, there should be a way to access it — especially when the customer is standing right there. I paid extra for overnight delivery, and now I have to wait through the weekend. Completely unacceptable and poorly managed.
