Instead, tracking now shows it won’t arrive until Monday afternoon. I saw the package had arrived at this facility, so I went there in person to try to pick it up. The employee confirmed it was there but said it was containerized and that he couldn’t go retrieve it because he was the only one working. The facility was not busy at all — only two other customers came in after me — but he still refused to help. I understand staffing issues, but if a time-sensitive, overnight package is sitting in the building, there should be a way to access it — especially when the customer is standing right there. I paid extra for overnight delivery, and now I have to wait through the weekend. Completely unacceptable and poorly managed.

Instead of arriving the next morning, it took three days and wasn’t delivered until 09/22/25. Throughout the delay, FedEx customer service was unhelpful and kept repeating that there was “no FedEx track available” and that delivery would happen whenever track comes. After the package was finally delivered, an agent, whom I spoke to, admitted that I deserved a refund, but despite multiple attempts to submit claim, I still haven’t been reimbursed. Poor service, no accountability, and no resolution. If this is what Priority Overnight means, I will think twice before trusting FedEx again.
