  This store doesn't take USPS dropoffs, which other stores often do accept USPS and Fedex packages with a small fee to send with their regular carrier pickup. If they do offer this, the employees arent trained properly. I was unable to get assistance when asking for help to have a usps label printed out and willing to pay whatever charge they would have to get my package sent out. Girl on the phone said they cant do USPS. Response to UPS reply: Based on your records I wouldnt expect you to see record of the call. You dont know what number I called from. If employees are supposed to note the content of their calls, I would expect that the employee who took my call was not the kind of employee to complete their records either. Based on my records, this was not a mistake of calling the wrong location. Its too late to offer assistance now, I needed a package sent Friday and the employee who answered the phone was entirely unhelpful. She insisted that you could not provide the service for USPS because "it's a different company". I rephrased multiple times to try clarifying what I needed. If she didnt know, she should've asked a supervisor. If there was none available on shift, the employees here arent trained enough. I received competent help from the independent shipping center that was luckily available right down the road.
