- HSHorn SengJun 14, 20251.0Order some stuff from Macy's to my dad's address, which is $330 worth of stuff. He lives in Lake Wales. Macy's have shipped it through usps. According to Macy's tracking, usps claims that they have delivered it at his front door/porch. A year or two ago, I installed a ring door bell and ring camera at my dad's address that faces the front door and driveway. When I backtrack it to the time they claim that they have delivered it. There was no video evidence at that time that shows the usps postman delivered any shipment. So, that kinda tells me that it may have been delivered to the wrong address or that the postman decided to keep the package for him or herself. Now, I'm trying to fight Macy's for a refund. Update 6/24/2025 Macy's has denied my requests twice, one for a reshipped and one for a refund. So, now I'm taking this up with my Bank.
