  The customer service the staff is top-tier always welcome me into the store with a smile and a good morning. I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to work at this station.

  This store is so amazing! Every time I walk in, it's clean, smells delightful and they greet you with a smile! Grace is always so helpful and patient with someone who may be a little tech challenged, at times. LMBO. Timm is also a sweetheart. They make me laugh, as well! Sometimes, we all need that! Thanks, guys! I sincerely welcome this store to Lake Wales!

  Today we had a pickup that was relocated to this location with the following message, "Hold at UPS Access Point Requested. The receiver requested the package be rerouted to an alternate location for customer pickup." We went to the location and they said there was a glitch in their system. This was a huge inconvenience.

  I just have to say how incredibly grateful we are for Tim and Grace at our local UPS Store! From the moment you walk in, they greet you with the biggest smiles and the most welcoming attitudes. They are always in such a great mood, and it truly makes a difference in your day. Not only are they genuinely kind and friendly, but they are also extremely efficient. No matter how busy it gets, they handle everything quickly and professionally while still making you feel like a valued customer. That combination is rare! It’s such a blessing to have people like Tim and Grace serving our neighborhood. They consistently go above and beyond, and I’m so happy they’re part of our community. Highly recommend this location because of them!
