Unlike the original Party City though, they will not blow up outside balloons… disappointing as I spoke to others who had said some locations will. Not to mention, their balloon selection was low, they were out of the numbers I needed in the color I wanted. EVEN more disappointing though, is when I placed the order, they asked what time I would be picking up. I told them between 3:00-4:00. When my husband arrived at 4:00, they were like deer in headlights and had to find my order, and had yet to blow them up!!!!! I had also requested white strings for my balloons, but they ran out, and had no colors that really matched the balloons I got. Save your time and head to the party store in the Winn Dixie shopping center right down the street, it may not be fancy but they are nice and will HAPPILY blow up your own balloons or you can choose from their selection!

No, instead you will have to stand there and wait 10 minutes while she starts work on two other projects, and helps anyone off to the side making copies. The young lady with black and blue braided hair will not apologize for your wait, and she surely will not be efficient about the whole matter. Also, just go to a UPS store if you want to ship because the man in line behind me will be waiting for an additional 10 minutes with his package. No manager in sight.
