- DMDavid M.2 days ago1.0This distribution center sucks! Most incompetent people working here. It's like the Griswold's in Europe stuck in the round about. Packages literally sit here for days and when they finally move, they go all over the country just to be sent back here to finally go to my local post office. DOGE please fix this for us!

Yes, there are some clerks that look and act like they would rather be anywhere else but there. But there are a couple, specificly Jorge and Lorna that knock it out of the park everytime. Jorge is friendly and knows how to take care of a line fast and Lorna is always a sweetheart.

I needed to buy a money order and mail it, so I had a few questions about that since I’m not familiar with this process at all. He looked at me with a blank look and said “send them anyway you want” I’m sorry I even asked a question! I went out to my car and googled it and it said the best way to send a money order is USPS certified mail. Would that be so hard to inform your customers that? Maybe he was mad because they only had one person working and there was a long line. Now I have to go back to (a different) post office to mail this certified. What has happened to customer service in this country??
