    I went there today and was helped by Jorge. We were experiencing a little issue during checkout and Jorge gave excellent customer service, along with his colleague and the PM. A very nice post office!

    I have previously had great service at this branch but today was unbelievably bad. When I walked up, the employee, Jorge, was complaining about the previous customer saying they were so lazy! He proceeded to very rudely tell me that I needed to write the address on the boxes, I asked if the address was going to be on the label I purchased because that's how it's always been previously. He grabbed my boxes and told me to get out of line and write the address anywhere on the box. I did so and when I returned I again asked if the addresses were going to be on the labels I bought because I'd never had to do that before. He said "yes, but I don't know where you go but in Sanford we always do it like this." I explained I always come to this branch. He asked who sold me the labels. I was so caught off guard by his confrontational attitude, I said I don't know her name. He said "Well, if you want someone else I can go get her" gesturing to where a coworker had been earlier. I said "I think I'm going to go somewhere else" and left without my labels and am going to FedEx instead. I've always wanted to support the USPS but I won't be coming back to this branch. Horrible service; he should seek a line of work that doesn't involve customer interactions.

    TERRIBLE SERVICE!. I called for 20 minutes during business hours and NOONE picks up the phone!. Do better!. The Supervisor whose name is "JENNIFER BRADLEY" IS 'RUDE'! as well because when I did finally get someone to answer 20+ Minutes later She gave an excuse saying that She was by herself and thats why She let the phone ring and ring when I called from 9am to 9:20am before answering.. PSSF.. not good enough hire more people!. We Customers don't want to hear excuses especially when you charge us these outrageous amounts of money that you do to ship packages!!!!. Not to mention they also never scanned my package in and sent it on the way She said without scanning it in properly so I can't even see if it ever departed this facility or not, and I can't even see where my package is currently at because they didn't do their jobs and scan it. Guess it's time to hit usps with an Insurance Claim and open an insurance claim to get the ball rolling and it was an expensive item too!. *Update they miss sent my package to the West Coast Arizona when I am in Maryland and the seller sender is in Florida I still haven't got my package and its now missing!. This Location needs an AUDIT ASAP!. I will be filing an Insurance Claim to get my $50.87 back! And also filing a claim to be refunded by Ebay for unreceived item!. One thing I know is hitting usps for insurance claim checks that they Have to pay out I know hurts them and I am glad!. Hopefully usps in a whole goes under!. Dei hires ruined usps!. I am old enough to remember when it was decent in the 1980s!.. I will also be contacting Congress about usps issues and this location and Consumer Advocate!. I HOPE I get them all at this location fired or atleast Jeniffer.
