  I stopped by the Lake Mary location this evening and was helped by a gentleman who went above and beyond. I arrived at the last minute with an important express drop-off, and he kindly made sure my packages were shipped out on time. Honestly, he was a lifesaver—I really needed those to go out tonight! His exceptional customer service inspired me to come here and leave this review. I’ll find out his name soon and update this, because he truly deserves a big raise and then some for his help. Thank you for the outstanding service—absolutely unbelievable! That means a lot to me you just don’t know.

  No paper in the self serve machine. Not a big deal but at the same time, it takes 2 seconds to check n fill the paper during slow times, like when I came. Also, my printouts had markings on them; Not sure if it was the paper itself or the ink or printer. I like the self serve printing n copying service, they just need to do better to make sure they have paper and machines are running in tip top shape.

  Every time I come here the employees are bothered... what am I missing here, you work in customer service, do you want customers coming in?! Not to mention their mailing services are completely overpriced... Last month, I mailed one very small box with one baby outfit inside to NC and it was $20 and the heavy set man who helped me was bothered, I'm a paying customer, what gives. This morning I am dropping off a return, no label was provided to me, hence me requiring assistance, and the middle aged woman working is bothered... not a "hello" or greeting as you walk in, no smile what-so-ever...and a very sarcastic "have a nice day" as I'm leaving, very odd b/c I'm pretty sure this business gets a kickback from the returns that you are required to utilize FedEx for. I will circumvent this store ... the Altamonte location right off I-4 on 436 has nice, friendly employees... Corporate needs to take a look at this Lake Mary location.

  Great printing services. Was in a panic after I realised the staples same day deliver wasn't for 48x36 posters. I called and the lady(I think christine (im bad with names and was very tired)) let me know she could get it done. Much less than that day, it was done in 30 minutes. Ty so much.
