The piece arrived to the Birthday recipient destroyed. UPS refunded the cost of the art piece but this location refused to refund the cost of their “guaranteed” packing/shipping service.

It’s very frustrating to search for a parking spot, get your children out of the car, and get your return items out, just to have them tell you their WIFI is out and there’s nothing they can do. Poor management that they don’t alert the customers with a standing sign saying “No service” on the sidewalk so we would know before getting out of our vehicles. Please consider this suggestion to save our time.
