I realized while at the post office trying to file a lost package claim, that the package had been sent to the wrong address by the company. I just wanted to say thank you to the man at the post office, whose name I didn’t catch, who called me and also helped me when I came in looking for help. He was very kind throughout the process and extremely helpful despite this not being his fault or even something he could help with. Thank you sir.
