I know NOTHING about shipping stuff but I walked in with all my mess and Kathy helped me find the most cost effective option! She is AWESOME and was sooo nice. Thank you Kathy <3 (this was my first experience and kathy deserves FIVE STARS)
(THIS is the reason for 1 star) I have now returned for another time to ship something. APRIL was not helpful AT ALL. I needed to ship something and asked for a cheaper way she said my medium box was priority so it was more. I asked how to get it cheaper or if they had other boxes, she pointed behind me. I said ok which one do I choose? She said “i dont know what you have in there so youll need to take it out of the box and figure it out”. I struggled for THIRTY MINUTES with 2 toddlers trying to figure out what box to use, how to package it and everything as she sat at the front desk on her cell phone. She is NOT helpful like kathy. Not even near. She has an attitude and not customer centered. USPS feel free to watch me struggle on your cameras for 30min while she sat on her cellphone on 7/30. There was also a spanish man who she was giving attitude to cause she didnt understand him and I needed to translate for him. April, please observe Kathy & do better.
