- JJJC JohnsFeb 23, 20261.0The lost mail, all financial with it being bill payments going out or financial documents coming to me , that happens at this post office is very concerning. I've had bill payments not show up. Now, tax documents being sent to me have not shown up. Even worse, I submitted my PO Box payment for my PO Box at this location and today there was a late notice in my PO Box that the payment has not been received. I filed a complaint with the USPS regarding all of these financial documents "disappearing." I've had PO Boxes for mail delivery in 2 other states and have never had this bad of an experience with lost mail, ever before. In my mind, there is something very fishy going on there. I have Informed Delivery which emails you what mail is supposed to be coming to you - it is very disturbing that the mail shown in the email to be delivered, never arrives. What happens to it???
