As I stand in a line with 25 other people trying to return an item from Amazon. I see 3 workers only one of which is helping 98% of the foot traffic in the store. The second one is working in copy and print and the 3rd one is standing in front of a checkout lane wasting 90 % of his time. A good manager would have him float between helping with Amazon returns.

Today I was at this Staples for an Amazon return for 35 minutes, and three weeks ago I was in line for about 45 or 50 minutes. But today I had to take my cats to the vet and one of my daughters to a birthday party, so my time was limited. When it was my turn, I asked the guy in charge of Amazon returns why the store only had one employee handling so many customers. At that moment, another guy who was working as a cashier responded to me in a very rude way, saying that the service was free. It's a shame that we have to put up with this, not only wasting our time but also dealing with an employee who lacks customer service skills. For me, this is the last time I'll come to this store or any other Staples.

I brought my daughter to the Lady Lake.Florida location to print letters for the Belleview middle school and Southeastern Youth fair. We Were having trouble with the printer. The lady working at the print center would not come and help us resolve the issue. When we asked her for help , she was very dismissive. I have worked in customer service for over 30 years. This is utterly ridiculous for somebody in a customer service position to act this way.

Many thanks to Danielle in the print lab. She went out of her way to give me great results on a special print project for a rock. I am beyond pleased. Will definitely go back for my next project.

If I could leave a zero, I would! Had to return an Amazon package. The line was 20 people deep. There was no signage indicating which line was for what. I had to ask an employee for clarification and she rudely answered that the line is like this all day every day. There was only one employee handling the extremely long Amazon return line. After waiting 30 minutes in line, with now a long line behind me, the employee took care of a couple other tasks before assisting me. There were other employees standing around doing nothing, waiting for regular customers, I guess. There was absolutely no sense of urgency by any employees.
