- DDDavidDec 6, 20254.0Excellent service and kind folks. My only suggestion is to change the closing hours to 6 pm because anyone (like myself) that works during the week with normal working hours (9a-5p) will never be able to send out packages nor conduct any USPS business.

We're on Case and understand the difficulties of delivering rural, with a lack of personnel. Today, I saw helpers delivering past woring hours with a great attitude... it was like Santa's little helpers delivered my hatching eggs 😆 Shout out to Nini and the crew!

I’m lucky if we even receive our packages — and when we do, they’re often already opened. Since they don’t deliver to our home, everything goes to our mailbox. Whenever a pickup slip is left, I have to send one of my kids to pick up the package because I work an hour away and can’t get there during business hours. My kids have the same last name and address on their IDs, yet they’re frequently given a hard time when trying to pick up mail. Today, the clerk was rude to my son, and he left empty-handed. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Something needs to change.

- FCFranklin CalhounJul 9, 20221.0Don`t know if it`s the staff at the post office or the many! many! many! random delivery drivers we get but someone opened my Birthday cards i received today that actually was supposed to be here yesterday it was even scanned at the post office for delivery yesterday but somehow didn`t make it but surprise!! the junk mail made it yesterday and that was scanned along with the birthday cards. FYI everyone should sign up for that email notification they send you along with the scanned picture of your mail it may come in handy somehow one day and I know there is a vast majority of us that know not to send cash, checks, gift cards etc. through the mail but there are some that still do and they unfortunately suffer just because these bad people want to steal from hard working citizens.
