- SHSarah HinmanNov 12, 20251.0I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but the Labelle Post Office really needs to do better. I’m lucky if we even receive our packages — and when we do, they’re often already opened. Since they don’t deliver to our home, everything goes to our mailbox. Whenever a pickup slip is left, I have to send one of my kids to pick up the package because I work an hour away and can’t get there during business hours. My kids have the same last name and address on their IDs, yet they’re frequently given a hard time when trying to pick up mail. Today, the clerk was rude to my son, and he left empty-handed. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Something needs to change.
- LLLizbeth LopezJul 14, 20251.0Delivery drivers are no good whatsoever. Not to mention my two day shipping mail got delivered to the wrong address. They leave my mail at the neighbors house and now I’ve been waiting on an order. Said it was out for delivery on 07/12 and then tracking said it got sent to a different city and now it’s back to fort myers again. Now has to get sent back to LaBelle. Do better!

- JWJames WilliamsJun 7, 20251.0Delivery drivers are horrible, don’t forget people have cameras and can watch you never attempt to deliver packages and also look inside packages that for some reason have been opened Then say it wasn’t open when you delivered it. I’ve had at least 4 different separate issues that have never been resolved with video proof. Lazy, unprofessional and unfortunately still employed
