    Packages are handled like trash, mail disappears, mail gets opened and gift cards removed, mail deliverer has now TWICE seen the mail flag up, driven up, and turned it down without picking up important, time-sensitive documents. Don't trust these people with anything. They will never fix anything unless someone makes them, and even that won't last. They will not admit error even when confronted with evidence. They are totally unreliable and unreasonable and uncaring. They will lie to your face, unrepentantly, time after time. Considering that this post office never corrects problems that are pointed out, I would suggest using another carrier to deliver time-sensitive mail. Or any mail if you want it to be delivered in tact.

    When there today to deliver ship an envelope express delivery went to the postal employee that called next named Mohamed tall skinny individual bold head this employee was all over the place he wanted me to correct a name so I did and called someone else at the same time he was attending to me I was patient then when she finished I said are you read and he called another woman that put us on a spot of who should go next so I said take her I’ll wait then he called me and was talking to two people at the same time while talking to me then told me I am doing a thousand things at once I didn’t say anything then he was typing in wrong information and a guy counting the money in his register never in my life seen such disregard for customers then it was time for me to pay I am standing there with my card to pay and he is talking then I paid and a customer satisfaction smiley faces came out I pressed the red dissatisfied at that point Mohamed say to all his workers in a loud tone oh look I got my fist red today ! The the coworker laughed and he said in a loud tone some people have no patience then I said how long did I have to wait for you yes I am unsatisfied he was clearly frustrated then he said I need to learn patience I asked for his manager he said no I asked 2 more times he said no then he asked me if I wanted to step outside with him to fight and caused a big spectacle this Mohamed is clearly an unstable person and should not work servicing the public this guy is a disaster waiting to happen this post office is one customer away from a lawsuit going to request video will post .

    I usually take time before leaving a negative review, but this experience was very disappointing like others that I have had here. It honestly makes you wonder how this place is still operating. Some of the staff seem like they simply don’t want to deal with customers. If that’s the case, this may not be the right job customer service requires at least a basic willingness to help. In my situation, I had more than five packages to scan, and the representative refused, claiming “the system” only allows them to scan five. That might make sense for a courier in the field, but not for a location with full access to the main system. To make matters worse, I tried using the kiosks one was “updating” and the other wasn’t working properly and the line was hell, and of course they were inside looking each other. Overall, a frustrating experience. I would recommend going to a different location if you want to avoid unnecessary stress.
