you’re better off going to a USPS that’s further out of the way so you don’t have to wait over an hour to be serviced. last time i was there, no AC either. not worth it

I don’t remember the name of the agent that assisted me, but he was very kind and helpful. Carl, the other agent working the shift, was enthusiastic and very proactive.
The AC system seems to be shut down. I hope the entity in charge can fix that ASAP as it’s unreasonable for employees to be working in those conditions in Florida.

The United States Postal Service office in downtown Celebration is housed in a beautifully designed postmodern building by Michael Graves, making it one of the more architecturally interesting post offices you’ll find.
The staff is hardworking, friendly, and helpful. The only drawback is that lines can be long. Since Celebration is close to Walt Disney World, this location serves not only local residents but also many tourists and visitors shipping items home, which can add to the wait time.
Still, it’s a unique and convenient post office in the heart of town, just bring a little patience.

Poor communication. Mishandled important bank mail. Pointing finger from one location to another but both did incorrect info and actions and a total disregard of the customer inconvience. And at the end dismissing me putting the blame on the customer. Which can’t be since I did a lot of question to be expected to be correctly inform and have the process to be done correctly. Never again rather use a carrier

*ONLY SCANS 10 AT A TIME: GIVEN REASON IS THAT THEY’RE TOO SMALL*
I’ve never had an issue with this post office, in fact I drive out of the way to come here because of the good service in the past. I have never had more than 20-30 packages at a time. But today they told me that they could only scan 10 packages for me because some other person brought them 250 to scan in. I’m a small business of one and now I have to drive an additional 45 minutes to scan the 5-10 remaining packages I have. Disappointed. Sellers beware.
Had to come back and edit to say that many of the packages I did scan in here were delayed in transit. Im not sure if that was them or another stop along the way, but just wanted to add.
