- HHHRApr 21, 20261.0If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. I had a package held here because I just moved and don’t have a mail key yet. It said it was being held days ago and I’d gone up there twice and no one could find it! Even after calling customer service and them assuring me my package is at this office; they refused to check or be helpful at all. It ended up being delivered days later to my mailbox after I made it clear I needed it held so I could pick it up due to it being medication. MARIE is rude and according to the other reviews, I’m not alone with this. Not only is she rude, but she’s lazy and clearly doesn’t like her job. She should be reprimanded by the amount of complaints here and I will be writing a formal complaint to usps to report her and her behavior. Thankfully, someone else on here who had an issue with her named her because in person she does not wear a name tag. Do better and treat your customers with respect.
