  Zinet (store manager) was amazing, friendly and so helpful. We are traveling and need to ship some things home. She helped us figure out the right size and understand our options. Also, the other store members are friendly and efficient. We also asked them for fun things they like to do as locals and they were happy to chat about their recommendations.

  I was not able to notarize a document at a UPS store in Orlando. I called here after getting off work, and she immediately said come by. The staff as amazing great sense of humor the best UPS store I’ve been to in Florida. Thank you so much Zinet for your customer service and professionalism. It was so stressful for me to get this done and you made my day!!

  BEST UPS Store!! Nick and Kenzi went above and beyond packing and shipping my item. I was worried as I was shipping a collectible item, but Nick even packaged it in front of me with bubble wrap per my request. I will definitely be back to this location!

  I can’t say enough great things about this UPS Store and its manager, Zinet. I use their PO Box services regularly and also rely on them for Amazon drop-offs, and every single experience has been smooth, efficient, and genuinely pleasant. Zinet runs an outstanding operation—professional, organized, and always going the extra mile to make sure everything is handled perfectly. The team is consistently friendly, helpful, and quick, which makes a huge difference when you’re in a hurry or managing multiple shipments. It’s rare to find this level of reliability and customer care these days. Whether it’s receiving mail, sending packages, or handling returns, I always feel confident everything will be done right. Highly recommend this location—truly the best experiences every time!

  I just had the worst experience of my life. I've never been to this location before and the minute I walked in there is a shorter lady She's about 5 foot one. She wears black glasses...She's white with a very southern Alabama accent short blonde hair to her chin. The minute I walked in she gave me a dirty look, and then the lady she before me was African-American and she didn't treat her very nice either this lady is prejudice. I am Latina and I was nothing but nice to her. The minute I came over there. She just gave me this dirty look and then I gave her my box for the mail and she almost didn't wanna take it cause it was dented and then it was taped open a little bit and I asked her nicely if she was able to tape it "she was next time you tape it before you bring it to us" and then she just gave me more attitude and then I asked her for her name and she made a grunting noise. She's like ma'am I don't have to give you my name and she yelled at me again, saying ma'am I don't have to give you my name and there are other customers in the store and another employee with brown curly hair. She would not give me her name and she threatened to call the police on me because I wanted her name and she says you can leave bye get out now bye and that's how she was talking to me. I will be contacting corporate and getting this lady fired.
