I am a daily customer at the USPS Kissimmee location and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received today. Both self-service machines were not working, which forced me to wait in line for over 30 minutes. When I reached the counter, I was told I could only scan five packages per person. When I questioned this, the manager came out and was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help or find a solution, even after being informed that the self-service machines were not functioning. I want to make it clear that the clerks are polite and professional. My dissatisfaction is specifically with the manager’s attitude and lack of customer service.

Very disappointing experience with this post office. I own a small business and have been dropping off my packages at this location since 2019 without any issues. However, the new manager recently informed me that I could no longer bring my shipments here because my ZIP code belongs to another city and this office doesn’t receive credit for my packages. That the other post office receive the credit. This had never been an issue in all these years, and her approach was unprofessional. She went in circles without providing a clear explanation, only eventually revealing that the real reason was the credit issue. She didn’t offer any guidance and simply said I couldn’t come back to drop off packages there anymore and that this was a verbal warning. It’s important to note that USPS policy states that if you have prepaid labels, you can drop off your packages at any post office, regardless of ZIP code or business location. I tried to resolve the situation through the proper channels by filing a complaint, but it was redirected to the same office and no solution was provided. It wasn’t until I escalated the case to Consumer Affairs that it was resolved immediately and in line with official USPS rules. I’m sharing this experience so that other customers or small businesses who face a similar situation know that they can and should escalate their case if they feel they’re being denied service without a valid, policy-based reason. USPS rules exist to protect customers, and it’s important that they are applied correctly and professionally.

This is my local post office. I love my local mail carrier. She is great, but the Service from the delivery side for Amazon packages is horrible. I’m working on a car and I ordered a part and I’m sitting here waiting for it. 30 minutes ago it said it was out for delivery today. I’m sitting in the driveway and I get a notification that an attempt was made to deliver my package. That is clearly not true. I was standing right in the driveway at the same time excepting a package from Amazon. No attempt was made to deliver this package to me It’s now 20 minutes later 7:04pm. I wish Amazon would use someone other than USPS. This is the third time this has happened and I actually had to go to the post office, which is a 20 minute drive to speak to someone to get the package. This is costing me money.
