The first time the mailmen left the key inside the mailbox. How am I supposed to open it? That it was after a month waiting for the call. then I have to go to the office and they couldn't find the key they supposed to call me back and let me know the status of the new request that I have to make but of course no body called back. When finally received the key after being in that office for the 3rd time the keys works fine and now I trying to open the mailbox and the key doesn't work they changed it again without letting me know 😡 they obviously don't know how to work

- RRRobin RiveraJan 14, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this USPS location today. Theresa was extremely rude and unprofessional, speaking to customers in a nasty tone. When we didn’t have tape for our package — which they sell — she began yelling, even though the tape available to customers in line was out of stock and the rest was behind the counter. In front of a lobby full of customers, Theresa then shouted that she was leaving to take her 30-minute break because she “didn’t have time for this.” The manager, Orlene, was not any more helpful or customer-focused, which made the situation even more frustrating. You would expect better customer service from a federal establishment. This was a terrible customer experience and left a very negative impression of this location.
