This is extremely concerning and frustrating because it leaves me unsure whether my package was misplaced, lost, or possibly stolen. I depend on the post office to handle my shipments responsibly, especially since I run a small business and rely on timely deliveries for my customers. What’s even more disappointing is that after reading other reviews for this specific location, it seems I’m not the only one dealing with this issue. Many others have reported similar experiences with packages not being scanned or going missing. That’s unacceptable for a federal postal service location. This situation has cost me both a customer and my own money all because the staff here didn’t do their job properly. It’s really discouraging to feel like you can’t trust your local post office to simply scan and send out packages as they’re supposed to. I truly hope management looks into this issue, holds employees accountable, and makes changes to ensure this doesn’t continue happening to other people.
