I am forced to go to this office because I live there, but I would gladly travel 50 miles to avoid having to be assisted by the lazy and poor employees who work there. I don't understand how no management takes action against these bad employees. In the entire Celebration community, no one is happy with the work and attitude of your employees.I hope sombody take action.

Absolute worst service I have ever encountered. The man at the counter was rude, condescending, and will not let you get a word in. Claims he’s worked there 20 years which is something I’m trying to grasp, because it seems unlikely that someone who is so unable to even speak to the public without resorting to bullying and condescension would be able to maintain a career in the post office.

The staff’s behavior was highly unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of assisting with a simple mail inquiry, the employee responded rudely and refused to verify the information. Such attitude does not reflect the standards expected from a USPS office.
