Clerk greeted me while I’m trying to ask a question about what I am mailing. So I had to wait and ask again. Had to borrow a pen and she informed me “most people fill this out before they get here”. I replied I did not may I borrow a pen? She gave me the pen and directed me to the table in front of the counter. Went back filled it out. Went back to the counter because nobody in line went up there. She told me to go back and I would be called. There are 3 people in line and a fourth person comes in and the second USPS worker took the person who had just walked in so I commented seriously? She proceeded to respond to me rather angrily even though I had to tell her I could NOT understand her as her accent was strong and even stronger because she was angry. For my life I do not get why this experience went sideways. I absolutely have not had such a bad experience in the 4+ years I have lived here. And that includes everywhere I have done business in the area.

Put my mail on hold when I went on vacation and nobody would help me figure out where it is or when I would get it back! And when I ask to speak to a supervisor this lady told me that I had to call another building to talk to a manger! They are the rudest people I have ever dealt with with! Go to another post office if u can they are the worst!

first off, i wanna go off of my positive experience before i get to my bad one so let me start off by saying thank you to ranjana specifically. she’s helped me twice when i have to turn in a slip to get my package because it wasn’t deliverable because of something with the address. she was kind, patient and even shared a laugh with me and made sure i was in and out of there quick with my package. now onto the negative. lady with orange braids, cream/khaki colored glasses: i hope someone makes you feel as stupid as you made me feel last week. came for the same reason (picking up the SAME package) and you told me (without even checking my barcode) that my package wasn’t there with a tone, and talked to me like i was a child. i work customer service too lady, but you didn’t even try to understand what i was trying to say. i deal with stupid, irrational, entitled people too, and i was kind, smiled at you and all i wanted was to pick up my package. without checking if it was even there, you brushed me off and said it wasn’t. disrespectfully, get some help and learn how to talk to people. while i was in line she kept yelling at other people too. not even sure if she even knows what a smile is. i hate leaving bad reviews, but genuinely i hope you kick rocks and treat people like human beings. may your reflection match your perception someday :) finally, THANK YOU RANJANA, you’re amazing <3
