Went to UPS for a shipment, stayed for Nick’s top-tier customer service. Despite the internet being down—forcing us to go bribe an ATM just to pay—Nick was an absolute gem. He apologized for the tech fail like it was his own fault (it wasn't) and answered our 50 questions without breaking a sweat. Give this man a raise and some fiber-optic cables.

Walked in at 12:30 on Feb. 1st, the last day for Xmas Amazon returns. Line was out the door. The gentleman running the store was also training a new employee who was not up to speed yet. The gentleman was running at 120% speed handling people who did not bring return labels or wrapped the returns in destroyed boxes with no tape. I needed to have a document scanned and emailed and my hotel business center system was down. The guy did a great job under a lot of pressure. He needs more then 5 stars.
