  Great customer service! The staff at this UPS Store were friendly, professional, and very helpful. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was packed and shipped correctly. The process was quick and stress-free, and I really appreciated how courteous and knowledgeable everyone was. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this location to anyone needing reliable shipping services.

  Zinet was very kind and helpful. I was unwell and stayed in the car while my husband attempted to ship some items home from our vacation. We discovered that he'd forgotten some items and made a mistake and returned to figure it out. My husband says that Zinet was able to figure out how to resolve the situation, turning a very frustrating situation for us into a smooth recovery. Very much appreciate her effort, made us feel taken care of and confident in the services. Wish more people had customer service like her!

  The young man Brandon was such a helpful individual, i’ve never had to ship a package before and he walked me through everything with patience. I am grateful to have had such helpful people walk me through the process to send my child the stuff she needs!

  Black man very rude with customer and don’t speak clear to do his job, only print a copy don’t know how to do it Asking what I looking him when I wait for more than 8 minutes my copy I don’t understand why hired people without manners and education

  My daughter who is in the Disney college program, and I (in town from NC) walked into this store today, with an armload of Christmas presents she’d bought with her Disney cast member discount, to ship back home for family. When we walked in, there were two employees, each helping a customer at their register. As we were deciding which one to get in line behind, this guy appears, I assumed he was an employee, from the back. He was kind of heavyset, and he was wearing a red Santa hat, and he had a full whitish-gray beard and mustache. He said “I can help you guys out right over here“ and he had the most jolly demeanor. When my daughter and I set the toys up on the counter, he looked at them and immediately started talking all about them like he knew exactly where they came from. He even said about one of the toys, “I think these cost over $100 but if you’re a Disney employee you can get a pretty good discount!” It was like he already knew that my daughter worked for Disney! And then he just continued to talk about the toys in a very excited tone, and he was so thrilled that we were shipping them back home for our younger family members. He was also very complementary of my daughter’s Christmas attire that she was wearing. This guy took care of us like we were family or something! And then right as we were walking away I glanced at his name tag. His name was Nick! As we left the store, I pointed that out to my daughter. As soon as we got in the parking lot, we both said to each other at almost the same time, “I think that was Santa Claus!” The more I think about it, the way he knew everything already before we even told him. The way he was so excited about my daughter‘s Christmas outfit, and the way he was so excited about the toys and the little kids who were going to receive them. I really do believe we met the real Santa today. Thank you “Nick“ 🎅🏼it was a pleasure dealing with you today! 🎄
