  I’m not sure why this place has so many negative reviews, as I’ve never had an issue when dropping off my items. I was just in today and I’ve never done this before, but I mentioned to the Lady, working, who I found out was the owner, That I enjoyed that location because they make it so easy. I think it’s alarming that customers come into a Private business and think it’s OK to take pictures of people to post online. I will be honest the first time I went in I was thrown off by the Lack of engagement by the younger girl, But after being in several times, and seeing how customers spoke to them, I don’t blame them. I’ve worked in customer service for years and truly feel like customers have lost touch with humanity and common sense. People who work in customer service are human as well, and we tend to forget that and treat them awful. I’m here, giving them an honest review because they truly are Pleasant And I hope people learn to treat those in customer service with some empathy and respect.

  Avoid! Inept and unhelpful staff. Been to plenty of locations across the country and never one like this. Everything is difficult for them to answer or assist with. Save yourself the time and headache and go to store 2001 around the corner where they have 5 star service!!!

  Not nice, I came to drop off a package and walked up to the door at 5:50pm and they already had the gates up and closed. I understand wanting to leave but at least stay open until the time you're supposed to close 6:00 pm

  My experience at this UPS on Dyer has been extremely disappointing. The two women working there provide terrible customer service. I completely agree with Philip's previous review, and it's the same woman from the photo who treats customers so poorly. The staff needs to be replaced. I am a regular customer at this location, but I will no longer be coming here, and I will be leaving reviews frequently to highlight the poor service these two women provide. I have read the previous reviews where the management responds that they will do their best to provide good customer service, but until they fire those two women, they will not achieve that and people will continue to leave. They need to let those two women go, specially the girl at the picture that showing in the previous reviews.
