  I wish I could leave a 0 star review because the two women that work there are the rudest customer service employees I’ve ever encountered. There was an older lady and a younger girl and they were so rude and disrespectful to a gentleman who was in front of me and spoke English as a second language. They were inflexible and unwilling to help. The younger girl spoke so rudely to the man in front of me and glared at him and rolled her eyes. The whole experience was extremely shocking

  Very poor customer service. The staff was rude and dismissive, and I felt I was treated differently than other customers in a discriminatory way. This location needs serious improvement in professionalism and respect.

  Do NOT RETURN YOUR AMAZON PACKAGES HERE. VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY THE OWNER HELEN AND HUSBAND. HAD A PACKAGE THAT NEEDED A LABEL. REFERRED ME TOO THE COMPUTER WHICH YOU HAVE TO PAY TO USE TO PRINT LABEL DIDNT OFFER ANY ASSISTANCE. JUST TOOK NEXT CUSTOMER WHICH IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SINCE SHE DIDNT COMPLETE MY RETURN. I WENT TO COMPUTER AND THEY SAW THAT I WAS STRUGGLING. YOU HAVE TO PAY TO USE COMPUTER AS WELL WHICH IS RIDICULOUS. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO NO ONE AND CALLING CORP TO COMPLAIN. THEY SHOULDNT BE OPEN IF THEY DONT ASSIST THERE CUSTOMERS. STAY AWAY!!!!

  I need to escalate this incident strongly due to the mistreatment I was objected to by the rep lady who was working at the moment of my visit around 5:50pm today. I visited this location to returned a couple of Amazon items and to my knowledge I selected the UPS store at the Dyer Blvd in Kissimmee. The rep who assisted was extremely disrespectful and ended yelling at me out of control refusing to provide her name or the business card when I requested so. All started when I showed the returning labels from my phone to the rep lady and in a rudely manner told me she couldn’t scan the label without further explanation. I asked to explain me why and how to complete this process. I am sure the rep was annoyed to explain further, so she said the label needs to be printed out. I am not an expert on this field and I do not know the rules and of course I need maybe further explanation to learn the process and that is why the representative is there as to assist and explain if needed. Well, then, I asked to scan the other label items (4) from my app. This girl was extremely impatient to close the store I guess because was refusing to do anything else but close the store. With such attitude she told me I can not use those labels and that was all. Again, I was forced to ask to explain me why in this case with the type of this labels which can be scanned I can no return these other 4 items. At that point, this worker said: “ I don’t know” ???Again, I was forced to asked an explain me why not in a diplomatic manner. The lady’ face turned out red and extremely annoyed and took at look on my phone Amazon app and said that is WHOLE FOOD. Honestly, I worked in the customer- specifically in the banking field, for almost 20 years and I have never seen such poor snd rudeness oooopservice. However, the worst part came right after that when I asked for her name and she said I am not providing my name I replied, you suppose to provide your name and there is no wrong doing in asking for your name. This terrible rep said: “ you come up with any name” I could believe the need for being so rude. Then, I asked for her supervisor’ name and at that moment this worker starts jelling at me and said: “ Just leave! “There was another male worker at that moment who witnessed this incident entirely. I said you don’t have to jell or be such rude and disrespectful when asking for your supervisor’s name. Finally, I asked for a business card and again for the supervisor’s name and this female worker got nasty and started jelling saying she is the manager and again jelled at me so loud like she was out of her mind or if she had any mental issues. She herself opened the door and as I was leaving telling her I couldn’t believe how she possibly is the manager with such manners being such offensive to a customer. I felt like I was literally a package, the way this so call poor profile manager threw me outside. I am rating my voice and demanding to monitored the cameras/videos on this day Tuesday-Dec 9 around 5:50pm and confirmed all is said is true about this very offensive and dangerous mistreatment I was objective to by the manager who assisted me today and realized worker with this very low profile shouldn’t be allowed to work unless have a management couching or at least an urgent Anger Management Therapy session. I hope you take this complain seriously as to safeguard your customers wellbeing and ultimately protect your business. Today, I honestly had the worst customer experience ever I couldn’t imagine I could ever have. Sure, I will never come back to this out of ethical grounds and disrespectful location. No wonder this specific UPS location has 100% horrible reviews and those all are true stories to believe like mine. This location should be close and it looks this been the terrible r customer service rule for years now and nothing is been done about it. Shame of you all. PS: please revise the video camera and even double check with the other worker who witness this situation.
