  I had an excellent experience at The UPS Store and I truly felt compelled to leave a review. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, organized, and professional. The store was clean, efficient, and well-managed, even during what seemed like a busy time. What really made my experience stand out, though, was Monique. Monique went above and beyond to assist me. She was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly courteous. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure everything was handled correctly. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines professionalism with genuine kindness the way she does. You can tell she truly cares about providing excellent customer service and making sure customers leave satisfied. Shipping and printing services can sometimes feel stressful, but Monique made the entire process smooth and effortless. Her attention to detail and positive attitude made a lasting impression. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing shipping, printing, or business services. If you get the chance to be helped by Monique, you’re in great hands!
