I needed them immediately and was already late because I visited multiple FedEx print locations with no success. I finally arrived at this UPS location already frustrated. I had been using Ubers to go everywhere and it was already a rough day. Although when I arrived the printers were done, Evelyn, the lady working there that day, went far beyond what I expected. She didn't dismiss me or rush me off -- she listened carefully and understood the urgency of my situation and genuinely tried to help. Her empathy and professionalism made ALL the difference during a difficult day. She treated me with patience and respect. It definitely deserves recognition! Thank you Evelyn!!!

After years working with UPS. Big lack of training when UPS is one of their recommended carriers. Do not use this location unless you want to waste your time.
