His kindness made it possible for us to have products before Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales which are crucial for our business. Even after we got back we stopped in to pick up the missing box that was delayed by customs and Jorge was there with his helpful and greeting smile.

I arrived at 5:50 PM with my two kids, and the employee working told me they were closed—even though the posted hours clearly show they close at 6:00 PM. I explained that I only needed to drop something off, but he was visibly unhappy about helping me, despite already assisting other customers inside. I found his attitude extremely unprofessional. In a customer-service environment, especially one designed to assist people, the bare minimum should be courtesy and accuracy. Instead of greeting me or asking what I needed, he immediately tried to turn me away. The situation was completely avoidable, and his approach made an already simple task unnecessarily stressful. I’m leaving the store genuinely shocked that this happened, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously.
