  If only I could give a rating of 1000! Jean Cunningham and her company have been the absolute best partners I have had in my 35-year career. We met when she became a partner with her father in 1987. Since then, she has been the only partner I have used throughout my career. As my career took me to other opportunities, the first contact would be with Jean. I could call her and list the items I needed from the library of my forms, and she would prepare them and get them to me with a personal touch, unbelievable quality, and speed. The associates and companies I worked with were not surprised by Cunningham's speed and price for her items and gifts, which ranged from printed forms to promotional materials. When I moved on, her services were retained and appreciated. Mistakes? One or two in the 35 years I worked with her. Her response? On one occasion, we found a slight error in a training manual on a Sunday. By Monday morning, she had it corrected and had a driver take it to the needed location, which required a five-hour drive. No one even knew the issue existed. I attended a training class when I first joined a Fortune 500 company. The manual they were using cost $50.00 per manual. With 100 associates in the class, this represented an expense of $5,000.00. I forwarded the manual to Jean, and she reproduced the exact manual for $10.00 per manual. This vast disparity in price was a windfall for the company, and she continues to do business with them today, providing significant cost savings. Conversations were quick. Jean "gets it ." She and her associates understand the format and structure of what is needed and quickly provide almost print-worthy proofs. I can not say enough good things about Jean and her company, Cunninghams. She has supported the companies and associates I have worked with. I have been retired for the last five years. Although we don't communicate often, Jean keeps track of the charities and activities I participate in. After retirement, Jean continues to contribute to the charities I participate in. Her contributions, in terms of time and resources, have significantly impacted these organizations. She does this voluntarily, as a surprise, and as a gift of appreciation. My daughter is getting married this June. As I do with everyone considering printing, I told my daughter to call Jean. I didn't have her call for any reason except knowing Jean would create the invitations correctly. Not having spoken with Jean, she printed the invitations and sent them to my daughter, but there wasn't an invoice to pay in the package. The invitations were beautifully printed and had a personal touch that reflected my daughter's style and the wedding theme. She loved them. My daughter called and had a conversation with Jean. Jean explained her invitations were a wedding gift. My daughter called and told me of the conversation. Wow, just the thought behind Jean's gift, years after retiring, was heartfelt and almost brought me to tears. In today's world, with so many online vendors, it's good to build a relationship with a company that understands how you think and what you need and creates a strong, lasting relationship with its clients. Jean and Cunninghams are the best partners anyone could wish for, always prioritizing strong client relationships, doing unasked-for unique tokens of appreciation, and being available to assist with anything. Love you Jean!
