No one picks up the phones. I call them out on not doing the job the government has provided. Shame

Today I visited the post office to drop off a simple letter. When I walked in, I greeted the employee and stood quietly near the entrance, waiting for my turn. There were no other customers waiting — just one person finishing up at the counter.
Despite this, the employee suddenly shouted at me in an aggressive manner, saying: “The line starts over there!” It wasn’t just a reminder — she raised her voice so sharply that it was genuinely shocking. She did not respond to my greeting, did not acknowledge me, and continued speaking in a rude and hostile tone. She demanded that I move, even though there was no line at all and nowhere I needed to relocate.
After she yelled at me, I calmly walked up to the counter, placed my letter in front of her, and said “Thank you.” She stared at me for a long moment and refused to do anything. I had to repeat “Please” and “Thank you” again before she reacted and finally processed the letter. Her behavior was clearly intentional and unprofessional, as if she was purposefully refusing to provide service. This is completely unacceptable.
Her overall attitude — shouting, ignoring, refusing to respond — was unnecessary, disrespectful, and far below any standard of customer service.
After this incident, I came here to leave this feedback, and I noticed that there are already multiple complaints from other customers describing the exact same behavior. The fact that this employee continues to work in this manner is extremely concerning. If management is aware of ongoing complaints and chooses not to address them, it shows a lack of respect not only for customers but also for the standards of the postal service.
I am submitting this feedback in hopes that this matter finally receives proper attention. Every customer deserves to be treated professionally and respectfully.

I'm just trying to balance out the numbers here, googled it to see how early they opened and was surprised at the low rating. Been using this post office for almost ten years and the clerks are always polite and professional. So what there was a long line probably around lunchtime so you leave the postal service a one star review? It's the government postal service. You get about the same customer service at the UPS and fedex locations atound here anyways.
