    I had an issue with my QR code - it was sent for USPS not as the email confirmed for UPS. The young gentleman who helped me was a god send. He was polite, efficient, did what he needed to do from the email on my phone and it was such a refreshing experience.

    After walking into the post office and seeing the line out the door—with only one clerk working—I decided to leave and head to the UPS Store instead. Best decision I made all day. The UPS Store in Key West had all three registers open, the line moved quickly, and the staff was efficient, professional, and genuinely courteous. No chaos. No frustration. Just solid, well-run service. Thank you to the UPS Store team for making what could have been a headache fast and painless. This is how it should be done.

    Don't go here if you expect them to be open! Showed up 10 minutes before they were supposed to close. The door was locked. Gate almost locked inside. 5 minutes before they closed they shut the lights off. When people count on your hours of operation to be able to ship their items, you need to stay open whether it be 5 minutes before you close or not.
