  Honestly one of the easiest and smoothest trips I’ve had at a UPS Store. I went in expecting a bit of a wait, but everything moved pretty quickly. The staff was really nice and helpful—they didn’t rush me and actually took a minute to answer my questions without making it feel like a bother. I had a couple returns and wasn’t totally sure how it all worked, but they walked me through it and got everything sorted out fast. The place was clean and organized too, which always makes a difference. Not something I usually think twice about, but this was just a genuinely good experience. I’ll definitely come back to this location next time I need to ship something.

  Came to return somethhing with my grandkids, I have never been to a ups store this clean and organized. Mr. Tito was kind and courteous when I asked him for help with my things, would come again 👍

  My favorite ups location. The staff is always understanding and patient with me wether im there for a return or a shipment, have been here many times and will make a point to keep coming back

  I don’t usually do review but had too super friendly stuff and people. Wanted to say jordan helped me so much super nice and funny. I will be back to this store even if I have one closer to my house. I will wait in line for jordan to help me.

  Reply to the owner – my review posted 4/13 Your response is accusatory toward me from the start, much like the tone used by Jose when I simply approached to look at a box in an area that was supposedly restricted. If an area is restricted for safety or security reasons, it should be clearly marked. There was no visible sign, barrier, or indication of any kind. Tone matters in customer service. A polite explanation from the beginning could have avoided the entire situation. The interaction escalated after I was accused of crossing boundaries without justification. In the end, my packages were not accepted, which only made the situation worse. I never meant to say the manager was present that day. Jose first mentioned calling the police. My son knows me and I know him—I am his mother. He became upset when he heard the word police, and that is when he started crying. Any suggestion regarding me as a mother is inappropriate and unfounded. Please respect that boundary completely. I was aware I was being visually recorded. Audio recording is a separate matter. This was not an isolated experience. I have witnessed poor treatment in that store before, involving me and other customers as well. I stand by my experience and by the review I posted. Respectful treatment should always come first. No further contact is necessary. ================================================== Worst UPS store I’ve been to so far. The customer service is terrible. In all these years, I have never seen the owner smile. The owner and his employee, José (long hair), are rude, arrogant, and disrespectful—condescending. This has been a repeated pattern over time, lived similar situations to other reviews I have just read. But yesterday, while at the store—an open space store with no visible signs—I stood beside the counter to look at a box, about one to two feet behind an invisible line—because there is none—at counter level. I never went behind any restricted area. José aggressively told me I couldn’t be there and that I wasn’t allowed behind the counter. When I explained that it did not appear private, he started threatening to call the police, making my 8-year-old child cry out of fear. On top of that, he scanned one of my items but then refused to accept the package. Now Amazon shows it as returned, and I have to contact them to fix it. I left extremely mad and upset as this is not the level of service anyone should be provided. Additionally, on another occasion, the owner spoke rudely to my 8-year-old child for simply leaning on a table, instead of addressing me as the parent. No customer service skills.
