    Very unprofessional and unaware of what they can and cannot ship. After I explained to Valeria what was in my package, she insisted on opening it and then claimed they couldn’t ship it, despite having no knowledge of the product or bothering to ask for clarification. Both Valeria and the “manager” wrongly assumed the item contained lithium batteries instead of asking how it was powered, which was actually through hardwiring. Although I was speaking to her in English, she persisted in responding to me in Spanish, which made it difficult to communicate and understand each other, even though she clearly spoke English. You could tell her patience was running out, and she seemed to be panicking during what should have been a calm and simple interaction. After wasting about 10 minutes and juggling another customer at the same time, they finally realized it could be shipped after all. This should have been a quick and easy drop-off. I do not recommend DHL or this location for basic product returns. Stick with UPS instead.
