- MMMiguel MedinaFeb 4, 20265.0Came in here a couple of weeks ago with an appointment to get passports done. The process was very smooth and the Customer Service was excellent. The young Puerto Rican gentleman that helped us was very professional and kind. This is by far. The best experience I have ever had at any post office. The location is small, but very well organized and clean.

The expectation that the customer knows all the procedures and policies of the employees is absurd... they do not help the customer as you would think it would be policy... they do not even know the policies on poster 7 in thier own places of business.
