- CDCarissa Della-Pietra2 days ago1.0Purchased certified/return receipt postage from lobby kiosk. Attached the label to the envelope and dropped in the box all on the same visit(4/4/26), it is now 4/10(expected delivery date) and it still has not been scanned in. No tracking info except the electronic receipt. You spend close to $10 and mail something sensitive only for this location to not do their job properly. And then when you call in they tell you you can request a refund 30-60 days after purchase. I needed this delivered not a refund. Better off shipping with UPS.

I checked my mailbox for several days, but no one ever got back to me. It’s extremely disappointing to experience this twice, with no communication or resolution from the staff. Very frustrating and unacceptable.
