I had a package sent to me about 2 weeks ago that I never received. The sender contacted the post office who confirmed it was delivered to me which was absolutely not true. I have a camera out front which was checked for that entire day and no delivery. The sender could not replace the item due to being out of stock but did give me a refund. Is there no requirements for getting a job with the postal service?

I have gone in person, spoke to the manager, NOTHING has worked. Manager was rude and condescening and told me it would be fixed... that was 2 months ago and they are still returning my mail as undeliverable at my address. Totally ridiculous.
